Is this app for women only?

It's designed around the safety scenarios women face most. But anyone who wants the same protection — older teens, parents, travelers, people in unsafe situations — can use it.

Will it work without internet?

Yes. The SOS feature falls back to SMS if there's no data connection. Your trusted contacts will receive your last known location with a Google Maps link.

Will the recording be used as legal evidence?

It can be — recordings include cryptographic timestamps and GPS metadata. But recording laws vary by country. We display a legal notice during onboarding. Consult a lawyer for your specific situation.

How does Stealth Mode work?

The app icon and name change to look like a calculator. The calculator actually works. Type a secret code (like "9110=") to unlock the safety interface. Useful if you're in a situation where someone might check your phone.

What happens if I lose my phone?

Recordings made before are encrypted with a key on your device. If the device is lost, those recordings become unreadable — even by us. Account data on the server can be recovered with phone OTP. We recommend regular exports of important recordings.

Is there a paid plan?

The app is free at launch with all core features (SOS, Safe Walk, Check-in, recordings up to 30 days). Future paid plans may add longer recording retention, video, advanced features. Core safety features will always remain free.

Where is my data stored?

Singapore region (AWS data center, via Supabase). Recordings are encrypted before upload — only you can decrypt them. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

When does the app launch?

We're in private beta. Public launch on App Store and Play Store is planned for [Q2/Q3 2026]. Join the waitlist to get early access.
